I’m always delighted to find any Midwinter pieces, and even happier when they’re this wonderful Stylecraft shape – I think it’s probably one of the coolest designs when it comes to tableware! While the pattern might be a bit dated (‘Oranges & Lemons’ was first produced¬†in 1962), the shape of the bowls could have been designed yesterday, so any feeling of being old fashioned just vanishes, well for me at least! There’s some very minor wear to the rims of the bowls and to the lids, but overall they’re in very good condition.

A great example of why retro design is so popular today – functional, but very attractive pieces that were designed to last.

Dimensions: Each dish measures 10cm tall (with lid on) x 22cm in diameter

Price: R170 each
